Can I get a refund on my award entry?
Yes. If you change your mind, WallMag Award entry fees are refundable within 7 days of your payment.
How to request a refund
Reply to your payment confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram with the email or phone number you used to pay, within 7 days. We'll process the refund to your original payment method.
Requests made more than 7 days after payment fall outside the refund window — reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.
